IBERDROLA Announces Three New Vice Presidents for US Operations

 

(Wayne, PA) - IBERDROLA, the world’s largest owner and operator of renewable energy projects, announced today three additions to its rapidly growing business. Rany Raviv has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. Vikram Bakshi has joined the company as Vice President of Energy and Risk Management. Dirk Andreas has joined the company as Vice President of Mid-West Development.

With these additions to the team, Iberdrola Renewable Energies USA, Ltd. brings experienced top-flight talent to three key positions in the company’s expansion of wind development in the U.S.

Mr. Raviv, based in IBERDROLA’S U.S. headquarters in Wayne, PA, brings over 15 years of experience to the team and will be focused on leading the division responsible for company and project acquisition. Prior to joining IBERDROLA, Mr. Raviv was with Ormat Nevada, Inc. where he was responsible for business development, mergers & acquisitions and project finance.

Mr. Bakshi, based in IBERDROLA’s New York City office, brings over 12 years of energy and risk management experience to the team and will focus on optimizing IBERDROLA’s wind energy assets. Prior to joining IBERDROLA, Mr. Bakshi was with Constellation Energy where he was responsible for structuring pricing and portfolio management.

Mr. Andreas has spent over 22 years in the energy industry, with more than 15 years in the development of projects through greenfield development or through mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Andreas’ most recent positions were with Navigant Consulting, Inc. where he provided transactional support for clients and at FPL Energy Inc. and NRG Energy Inc. where he managed a regional development team. Mr. Andreas will be based in IBERDROLA’s Chicago office.
