Community Energy is proud to offer NewWind Energy® in Connecticut to all Connecticut Light & Power and United Illuminating electric customers. Through a unique and voluntary program called CTCleanEnergyOptionsSM, Connecticut electric customers can support the development of cleaner renewable energy in New England.

33% NewWind / 33% National Wind / 34% Low-Impact Hydro                  Adds 1.3c/kWh on all usage

For a typical Connecticut home that uses 700 kilowatt-hours per month, participating in CTCleanEnergyOptionsSM with Community Energy will add $4.50 to $9.00 per month to your electric bill, depending on your level of participation and actual monthly energy usage.
